The hotel’s signature restaurant, Galley, emerged from an extensive redesign last year featuring bold flavors, lively mixology bar, wood-fire master grill and a curated contemporary art collection. Galley is helmed by Executive Chef Miguel Santiago who has cooked for multiple U.S. presidents and boasts a rotating menu of seasonal farm-to-table cuisine using locally-sourced ingredients infused with global flavors and accompanied by a tableside cocktail menu featuring local spirits and the restaurant’s own Bourbon reserve.
