Finalists will be notified in the coming weeks and invited to submit materials for the judging phase. A panel of industry experts, selected by editors across Northstar Meetings Group, will evaluate all entries.

Judging closes on Wednesday, July 2nd, and winners will be announced on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025.

Winning organizations will be featured in print and online, including year-round recognition at Northstar Meetings Group.
