Connecticut's statewide meetings, conventions and sports marketing organization expanded services during COVID. Intensified work with planners to rebook in creative ways, offering quintessential New England experiences at our city, country, and coastal venues. Was one of the first CVBs to host a virtual FAM tour during COVID, and totally redesigned our website. In addition to honoring residents who help us to generate new business, we debuted CT's Hospitality Heroes Recognition for industry members' innovative initiatives and community support.
