Hyatt Regency Lake Washington’s food and beverage team consistently innovates on the meeting and event catering experience. With a dedicated catering kitchen (one of largest in the region) and capacity to plate and serve for up to 1,500 attendees simultaneously, chefs are hands-on in their partnership with meeting planners, including designing unique F&B team building experiences. The team has previously designed interactive demos in the event test kitchens to create intimate and immersive experiences for groups as large as 100.
