Description
Opened in Summer 2024, The Henson underwent a $3.5M transformation, restoring its 19th-century structure while enhancing the guest experience. Once a Civil War-era boarding house, later The Hensonville Hotel in 1918, founders Ely and Danielle Franko fully restored the property over 2.5 years while living on-site. They refinished 12,000 sqft of hardwood flooring, hand-painted every wall, and transformed a gravel lot into lush gardens. Now a 16-room hotel, The Henson blends historic charm with modern luxury and nearly 27,000 sqft of event space.
