A protégé of Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Sosa has worked with industry icons with restaurants in NYC, San Diego, and Phoenix. Tía Carmen at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells honors his aunt and the local landscape, farmers and community of the Southwest, while Carmocha reimagines global small plates. The resort’s lobby marketplace also offers expanded all-day dining options, including a coffee bar, sandwiches, and more.
