Three Embers, the resort’s signature restaurant led by Chef Jonathon Silver, celebrates Midwest cuisine with locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients and southern European flavors. Diners enjoy an intimate atmosphere with a dramatic wood-burning grill. Operating eight years, Three Embers is part of the resort's F&B program, which includes six outlets and banquet program. The resort also features a two-acre farm and apiary. Celebrating 50 years in 2025, Three Embers will host five rotating pop-up dining experiences with Marriott Theatre’s season.
