Unlike the typical hotel renovation cycle of seven to ten years, Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center redesigned its spaces just five years after opening in 2018. The resort expanded with Mountain View Pavilion, a premier event venue, and enhanced the Grand Lodge by debuting five new dining concepts, including Embers Lodge Bar, The Fortunate Prospector, Copper Table, Garden + Grain, and a reimagined Old Hickory Steakhouse Bar. Completed in November 2024, these upgrades established a dynamic destination for both meeting and leisure guests.
