Opened in Summer 2024, The Henson redefines boutique hospitality in the Catskills with intimate service, locally inspired design, and immersive experiences. Designed by Ely and Danielle Franko, the 16-room hotel sources everything locally, from handcrafted furnishings to its farm-driven menu at Matilda. With wood-burning fireplaces, a cozy living room, an herb garden with sprawling lawns, and a rooftop deck, The Henson offers a refined yet personal stay, hosting private events from intimate dinners to weddings and full-property buyouts.
