Park Hyatt Aviara reopened in October 2020 after a $50+ million transformation. Guests can now experience elevated accommodations, new restaurant and bar concepts, 80,000 square feet of upgraded meeting and event spaces, and a redesign to the resort’s lobby entrance, spacious public areas, and new pool offerings, now with seven aquatic experiences. Debuting in March 2021 as the final phase of the renovation is signature restaurant Ember & Rye, helmed by acclaimed chef Richard Blais, which will specialize in vintage steaks and fresh seafood.
